Co-led by Drs. Boyi Gan and Albert Koong, the Administrative Core (AC) supports the Molecular Imaging Core (MIC) and three key projects, and to coordinate and facilitate all activities aimed at achieving project milestones.
The Administrative Core will:
1.
Foster engagement and communication among ARTI Center, ARTNet members, and program officials (Aim 1).
2.
Oversee evaluation of the ARTI Center, ensure timely progress report submissions, and manage transparent stewardship of funds (Aim 2).
3.
Develop and implement a process for internal solicitation and prioritization of Pilot and Trans-Network Projects (Aim 3).
4.
Serve as the central hub for website development, data management, resource coordination, conflict resolution, and intellectual property management (Aim 4).
The AC will leverage institutional resources, establish an ARTI Center Advisory Committee, support the development of junior faculty and trainees, promote collaborations within ARTNet, and ensure compliance with ARTNet governance and data sharing policies. Overall, the AC will be the central point for integrating the ARTI Center with other ARTNet centers and National Cancer Institute-funded programs.
